This complete website design enabled campus recruits to engage with Bank of America and learn what it’s like to work there.

BofA set out to reimagine our digital Campus and Careers experience to aid our on-the-ground recruiting efforts. Our marketing strategy was to design an experience that demonstrated ‘BofA is the keystone next step in your path to greatness.’ Instead of talking about us, we pivoted to focus on the applicant and what an internship or job enabled them to accomplish, both with us, and beyond us. Through the new, simpler to navigate layout, compelling content and a design catering specifically to the mobile-first demographic we were targeting, the new BofA Campus Careers Site was launched with great success.
• Users viewed 18% more job listings on the new site as compared to the previous year.
• Website bounce rate decreased by 28% suggesting site content was correctly developed for target audience.
